Negotiate for inspection and arrange for repairs to meet the obligations of the contract and expectations of the purchaser.

Review title and closing documents to confirm property is free and clear.

Maintain consistent contact with Lender, Title company, Seller and Purchaser to facilitate a timely and efficient closing.

Represent Seller at closing, explaining the process and guiding new homeowner through purchase
